Uhm.. I wanted to give this title to this post because I can understand you replying me back like this
I am sending this post to my boxpartners. Since I have a lot of people, boxing me even for months on top, I made a new kind of box order, to give to small channels better impressions.
Since big channels may be upset, I am already telling you that I won't follow this forever, but, for some time, it depends if it makes people happier or sadder. A sort of test.
I am actually boxing on top people boxing me in position 1# or 2# (no difference), right to box upper small channels and downer big people that box me in downer positions. Inside, I follow a sub order, and I put up/down people that have more/less subs without asking ANYTHING back at all.
The only exception are reserved to Hastify (skizzymane) and ShadowTutorials, the very two people that helped me when my old account got suspended. I will box them on top whatever is the position they will box me. I am still on debt with them.
To people that box me first, I will box them also in my first page of my channel, right down the featured video, watched every single time someone clicks to see my channel + boxing them as above, right not to give less support
Is that bad? Is that good? Please send me a PM with the title 'BOX ORDER' and tell me your impressions, if you want to say your word. I won't be bad or sad at all :) Any feedback is appreciated!
if this idea is bad, I will come back to the 'normal' sub order as before.

There are three ways to get a lot of subs, also after the coming of the new design
One way is to post interesting videos. Of course, I do prefer, like YouTube itself, that you get subs legit, one by one, interested in your video content. These are real subs you have to look for :) Give it always a try, never give up.
If you really want to have a lot of subs the same, there are also shorter paths, but, take this notice: you are responsible of your actions. YouTube doesn't allow you to have short paths, since subscribers have been made just for the reason above. So mind that, everything you will follow below here, will be at your own risk.
A second way is to do sub4sub: get subs by short and fast sub exchange, commenting/messaging people to subscribe you back (make sure not to scam or trick!). This is a compromise, between the third way below and the first one above. If your channel starts to be bigger, you will get more people watching your page - no matter if they are sub/subbers or 'normal' people. If you put autoplay in your channel, every time that someone opens your page, your video will be watched. If your channel starts to be known, you can get partnership as well. Not so bad :) When you think that your channel is big enough, you can stop sub/sub, and go trying to make videos, to start having real subs, and so going to the first way above. :)
The third way, is the most extreme, and also the more riskful one, which is trading subs. Trading consist in using more than one YT channel (5, 10, 100, even 1000) to subscribe another person, to get subbed by this person the same, with the same amount. In this way, you can see you will get a lot of subs per day.
However, this wants you to be patient, since you have to log in/off multiple times, but you can't get all for free :)
Some people avoid this using sub websites, or sub-bots, but, never trust them, since your channels will be easily banned and in some cases even your IP (so you will lose your main channel too!)
This is riskful since YouTube doesn't allow you to play sub games, or having a lot of accounts to command likes, dislikes, and so on. If you want to start trading, you are free to do it, but you will be responsible with it, and you can't blame me for this post. Here I just share what I know from the community. Stop.
I heard around that, to decrease the risks, you need to create channels legit (so don't use iMacros, strange websites etc), verified 100%, NOT signed up with a gmail address. Make sure to use a proxy to change your IP address most possible while you trade, so that you can use your real IP address just with your main channel.
And, of course, remember that you will be subscribed by dead channels. So this will blow your number, but won't give you any help in get views etc.

Little by little YouTube has added secret strategies to stop sub/subbers and expecially sub/sub spam. This list will solve any problem you have related on subscribing people. I hope this will help you =)
! YouTube doesn't let you subscribe more than 50 people all at once [sub limit]. If you try to subscribe to the 51st person, the subscribe button won't work anymore. To come back subscribing again, just wait 3 hours later. You will be able to subscribe to other 50 people again, and so on.
! YouTube doesn't let you subscribe anymore for no reason [subscription limit]. If it's not the sub limit the problem, check the number of your subscriptions. If you have more than 2000 subscriptions in total, and you have less than 2000 subscribers, then YouTube won't let you subscribe to anyone anymore. Only way is to unsubscribe people to come back subscribing again (to do this, go here: one, two, three). This limit will come also if you have more than 2000 subscribers: when you always have more subscriptions than subscribers, YouTube won't let you subscribe again. Make sure that your subscriptions' number is always less than the amount of your subscribers. To do this, help yourself doing trading subs.
You would ask me.. how can I know how many subs I have done? Don't ask me, I don't know. Better, I can't see how many. YouTube studied it not to make you subscribe anymore and not to get the reason of it. A reason why I made this post x)...
! I keep on trying to subscribe to someone, but it doesn't work. Before thinking that it may be the sub or the subscription limit, try to press the subscribe button more than once. The button may not work at the first try. Start worrying if the sub button is not working at the 6th or the 7th try.
! I found myself unsubbed to someone I was sure to have subbed in the past. This is a great YouTube bug -.- YT is deleting subs at random, you can't do anything against it. You can re-sub in any case if you want to be honest

After cosmicpanda there is a very high chance that the sub4sub community will die.
For who doesn't like sub/sub and is seeing this post: it's not true that sub/sub is useless. It can increase your channel traffic and so increase your chances to be seen over the hard concurrence. For who doesn't believe to this, and thinks that sub/sub is just idiot, please, abandon this post - it will be a pleasure for me and for you as well.
This is according to me the best way to keep on sub/subbing. It will work if a lot of people will follow this, with not so low good consequences. If you have more ideas, feel free to tell me any.
√ Make the Refresh in comment box the easiest possible. To keep traffic in your channel, add the refresh link even in your channel description. So that, people that click there, will refresh the page, exactly and directly on the Feed page. This won't piss people off to click 1000 times to find your refreshed comment box again and increase a lot your traffic. To do this, see here: one, two, three, four.
√ Make comment box without pending approval. Assure people to leave their comments visible the same time they post them. To do this,see here: one, two.
x Unsubscribing is too easy and you can't hide the sub amount of your channel This is really what can defeat the sub/sub deal. People are damn jealous, and unsubscribe you not 100%, but 60%, if they see your big/medium subscriber number on top of your channel page. Plus, the unsub button can be pressed in 2 secs, so expect a huge amount of unsubs in the future. Sub/sub is not a good thing anymore. Much better is trading subs, point and make effort in this one.
√ Start trading subs as much as possible if you trade subs, you are sure to lose muuuch less than sub/subs, since trading takes time to be taken back, plus, they are safe subscriptions got. This is the best way to grow your channel after cosmicpanda. Make sure to change your IP address when you trade subs, not to risk any suspension. Create a lot of accounts (LEGIT!!! :) ) and trade everyday with people.
√ Use the right channel design to go again box4boxing if you use the right channel design you can go on promotion people with a box4box. The boxes can send subs instead of the past, but, notice that you can't add more than 5 people visible. The others are hidden in the fog of the 'more' button. These are examples of good channels design [these can be seen just in case the Featured Tab is preferred]: one, two, three, four.
√ Make promotions. Offer people amounts of likes, favorites or subs, in exchange of promotions back. This is pretty useful as well, if you want to get help with your channel or your videos.
√ Never be a scammer. Always assure yourself to have subbed back when needed, and don't scam people in trading subs. The more you do it, the more the sub/sub may not survive. It's better getting 30 subs for free now, or 3000 if sub/sub will survive? Think a bit.
√ Report scammers for good. Inform as possible people that don't sub back/ trade back. If you do this, scammers will stop activity because they won't get anything free anymore.

Great question. In your shoes I would do these.
√ Make video autoplays when someone opens your page. To make the video start automatically follow the steps here: one, two, three, four, five (tick on 'enable featured tab'), six.
This is useful to get video views every time someone opens your page.
√ Spam around the most possible, even everyday. In cosmicpanda designs you are still able to post comments around. Post comments that make people open your page, for ex. 'free pornos here' 'sexy videos here' or if you are more serious 'GFX videos here' 'Minecraft videos here' etc, or simply describe yourself. Try to spam on channels most subscribed and watched, or channels dedicated to promotion.
√ Post bulletins promotion your videos (without spamming) Posting bulletins is very useful to get more attention on your video promoted. Make sure not to post too many bulletins per day, or people may not appreciate it and may even block you.
x Do not promote your videos through messages. People usually don't care about the videos you share through the inbox, since, in your contacts, there are subscribers interested in your videos, but also general contacts. If you go on messaging the inbox with your videos, you are mostly ignored and considered a spammer.
√ Public videos with 100% original content. YouTube punishes who copies other people's work, plus, if you are marked for Copyright matter, you won't be able to get Partnership. Make sure to create videos with original content and also with a nice theme. Do not post videos about sub/sub or from Google Search Stories, or Tutorials about how to use YouTube, because you won't join the program.
√ YouTube doesn't care about how many video views or subscribers you have. You can become a Partner also with 20 subs and 3,ooo video views. Do not have in mind the general idea that 100,ooo subbers = Partnership, because it's not true.
√ Public a lot of videos per week. You increase a lot the chances of getting partnership if you upload a lot of videos per week, like 3 or 4. No matter if they have 20 views each. They don't care.
√ Be active in comments. If people make questions about your video or something, always reply back. If you are interested to what they want to know, you may get a sub more.
x Not anyone can become a Partner. Before trying to sign up for the program, make sure that your country is accepted in the program. For ex., people from Norway, or Serbia etc cannot join the program because not-accepted countries. Against this rule, you can't go. :(
√ Allow traffic in your channel. Allow people to comment on your page to promote themselves (also sub/sub). This can make you get even more video views per day without effort. To make people find in no time your comment box, do this: one, two, three

On March 1st, 2012, YouTube has decided, of course, to put the new shitty design of cosmicpanda.
Oh, of course, I am one between all of you that made a huge protest against it, even more than the change in 2008.
Any petition is useless, as you can see.
However, before it will come, I know how to still get something from cosmicpanda, so I have put here some nice posts here.
Do not expect to get your traffic and audience like before. The only ones that will have benefits from this new great design are JUST big partners, such as VEVO channels, RayWilliamJohnson etc. Chances to get partnership now are much harder than ever.
Well I am not here to explain you this and that about the design. I am writing here just to give a nice help from my experience (I am in YT since September 2008)

Very active and excited, I am pretty sure he will be known more and even more, it will just take time :) I am very honored to have his songs in many of my videos.
UNDERGROUNDHITRADIO - Before TristanTyrcha, he with GFLOWS were the best ones in making sing my videos; UHR did more and went out more, with techno music, particular rhythm well done and well recognizable (this is what people went to comment about it^^) I am very sad that he lost his Partnership because he did work a lot, I do hope he will be back super like months ago, it would be a pity not to have his songs on my videos again. Waiting his new sunrise I am pretty sure he will bright again :)
WhistlersBrother - I really love his songs, very original, made with his 'powerful' mouth XD His songs do suit any tutorial video, but just short ones. Repeating the song many times to fit a video 4 or 8 minutes long, it is a problem. He is a very amazing one, I do advise you him strongly.
Zources - This could be a joke, but, although he is not 100% known like some above, he is a very talent composer. Relaxing songs, slow rhythm, songs where to close eyes and start to dream. I do really and really like him a lot, and he does deserve much more subscribers than the one that he has now, plus Partnership. One of the longest music collaborators so far.
